Who we are and what these terms cover

One Question operates onequestion.io and offers One Question Accelerator, Build With You and Accelerator Community. These terms cover this website, its business tools and resources, and the general conditions for using our services. Contact us at accelerator@onequestion.io.

Please read these terms before using the website or buying a service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services. A specific offer, checkout disclosure or written agreement accepted for your purchase takes precedence over these general terms where they differ. Nothing here removes rights or protections that apply to you by law.

Using the website and tools

Our website and founder services are intended for adults. Use them lawfully, provide accurate information when requesting help or buying a service, and keep any account or access details secure. If you act for a business, you must have authority to make commitments for it.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, infringe someone else’s rights or use our services to harass others. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through an inquiry or business tool.

Business information and guidance

Our resources, examples and tools help you think through business decisions. Calculations depend on your inputs and stated assumptions; examples and estimates are not forecasts or evidence that customers will buy. You are responsible for checking information and deciding what to do with it.

Guidance may include AI-assisted work. Review it before relying on it, because it may contain mistakes or omit important context. Unless a specific agreement says otherwise, our services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when your decision needs that expertise.

We do not guarantee customers, revenue, profit, funding or any particular commercial result. Progress depends on your participation, implementation and circumstances. This does not reduce the deliverables or commitments expressly included in a service you buy.

Services and your agreed offer

The offer and written terms you accept describe what is included, the price, timing, delivery responsibilities and any applicable exit or cancellation arrangements. Sending an inquiry or attending a free call does not commit you to a paid service.

You remain responsible for your business decisions and implementation unless your agreement expressly includes work we will perform. Third-party services, advertising, software and other business costs are separate unless specifically included. We will not treat website access as permission to buy services or incur costs on your behalf.

Prices, payments and Community membership

Prices, payment frequency, applicable taxes and any discount conditions are shown with the offer or at checkout. Stripe processes payments; please review the details before paying. A discount or complimentary invitation applies only on its stated terms and does not change the public offer for everyone.

Accelerator Community’s standard price is $49 USD per month, billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel to stop future renewals and retain access through the end of your paid billing period. Use the subscription-management link supplied for your membership, or email accelerator@onequestion.io for cancellation help.

Community provides human-led asynchronous support and discussion. Particular answers or response times, a fixed release schedule, private calls and Community agents are not guaranteed or included unless expressly agreed. Refunds and billing concerns are handled under the terms accepted for your purchase and applicable law; these general terms do not introduce a blanket no-refunds rule.

Build With You

Build With You’s standard price is $4,000 USD as a one-time payment. The engagement includes four 60-minute live sessions and 30 calendar days of guidance beginning with the paid Brain Dump call. At the day-seven checkpoint, you may choose to exit and receive $3,000 back under the offer’s agreed exit arrangement.

Launching early or completing the four sessions does not end the remaining 30-day guidance period. Access ends on day 30 without automatic extension or automatic conversion to paid Community membership. The specific offer and your written agreement govern scheduling, participation and delivery details.

Your submissions and our materials

You retain the rights you already hold in your business information and materials. Only send information you have the right to share. You give us permission to use it as reasonably needed to respond to your request and provide the service you ask for, subject to our privacy policy. Sending material does not give us unrestricted permission to publish it, advertise with it or transfer its ownership.

The website’s original content, branding and tools belong to One Question or their respective rights holders. You may use resources and outputs for their intended purpose in your own business. Do not resell, republish or present our original materials as your own without permission. Any specific agreement about ownership or permitted use of work produced for you takes precedence.

Respect other participants’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not share someone else’s private business information outside a service or community without their permission.

Privacy, cookies and external services

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information, and our cookie policy explains website tracking and your choices. Optional analytics and advertising require their own permission; using the website or accepting these terms does not grant that permission or sign you up for marketing messages.

The website may link to or use external services for scheduling, payment or delivery. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them when using their services. We do not control third-party websites or promise their availability or accuracy.

Availability, responsibility and your rights

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. Free resources may change or be withdrawn. We may restrict misuse of the website or services, while respecting any existing paid agreement and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, free website information and tools are provided as available, without a promise that they are error-free or suitable for every purpose. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

If something goes wrong with a service, please contact us so we can understand the issue and address it. Your rights and remedies under applicable law remain available.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use and will post the revised version with an updated date. A website update does not retroactively reduce an existing paid agreement. Material changes to an ongoing paid service will be communicated and handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
